  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping operates 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Within India: Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Selected products may be shipped internationally with a delivery time of 10 to 25 days. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Prepaid Orders: Most prepaid orders within India qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in selected locations with a handling fee of ₹50 to ₹100.
  • Heavy or Bulk Orders: Shipping may be calculated based on the total weight at checkout.

  • Correct Address: Please provide accurate shipping details. Re-shipping charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability.
  • Damaged Packages: If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos or videos.
  • Unboxing Video: A continuous unboxing video is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
